Questions, a recipe that came out wrong, a subscription problem, or a creator who wants content removed: email support@guiltfreeapp.fit. We answer within two working days.

Quick answers

• An import failed. Instagram and TikTok sometimes block automated fetching. Try again in a few minutes, or import a screenshot of the caption.
• The numbers look off. Calories and macros are estimates from the ingredient list. Tap Report a mistake on the recipe and we will look at it.
• Cancel or refund. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Delete my data. In the app: Progress, Settings, Delete account. Everything is removed within minutes.
